Hi, I am a trainer with the nonprofit MISA-USA. Our goal is to encourage social connections and promote learning through movement. Every month local volunteers complete a project for us which we then donate to a teacher, school, or afterschool program. This month they are working on completing a set of 45 fortune tellers/cootie catchers. Remember how much fun they are? The children use them to review and discuss books they just read. We are looking for someone that would like to use the finished projects. All they have to do is to pick them up from Kohls when they are completed. If a teacher had a specific project that she/he would like made, or extra resources for a concept the children are struggling with, we could work with them on creating something for them in the future. Is there anyone within your organization that would be willing to pick up the finished projects and connect them with a teacher at your school to use?
